ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

To be eligible for a return, the item had to arrive damaged from the factory and your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, we cannot make refunds if you no longer want the product. we cannot make refunds if you no longer want the product before it is delivered.

If your order has been tried to be delivered but you were not at home, we are not responsible if it is sent back to the sender, no refund will be made.

If the product is no longer in stock we only can do exchanges that have the same value.

Several types of products are exempt from returns. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, rings, flammable liquids or gases.

Additional items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
Downloadable Software Products
* Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Book with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that was opened.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

If your order has been tried to be delivered but you were not at home, we are not responsible if it is sent back to the sender, no refund will be made.

If the package is lost or got some problems in the shipping process we can´t make any refund.

If your package has been delivered and for some reason it was stolen, we are not responsible

If there is any incorrect information in the shipping address, we are not responsible and neither will exchange and return policies be applied.

We are not responsible for extra customs charges

We can’t make refunds if your package is getting terminated or destroyed 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you still haven't received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. Processing time is often required before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Changes (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gifter decided to have the order shipped and then give it to you, we will send a refund to the gifter and they will find out about your return.
Shipment
To return your product, you must send it by mail to: Calle Playa Hornos, #12, Cancun, Q ROO, 77508, Mexico.

Shipping costs to return your item are at your own expense. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your product exchange may vary.

We do not guarantee that we will receive the return of your item. If for some reason we do not receive the package we will not be able to proceed to make the refund.
